About us

Wellful is a boutique team of right-brain thinkers interested in improving the human condition. We produce wellness experiences for sleep, meditation & relaxation. We do this proudly through our uniquely Australian lens.

Sleep

Adequate sleep is vital for the health and well-being of people of all ages. But did you know 4 out of 10 people don’t get enough quality sleep?

If not getting enough sleep is a regular part of your routine, you may be at increased risk of disease or poor mental health.

Whether you struggle to fall asleep or find yourself waking in the wee hours, we have help at hand. Our Sleep library includes guided meditations, auditory brainwave entrainment known as binaural beats and soothing ambient music soundscapes.

Meditate

There’s never been a better time to live more mindfully.

Practising mindfulness makes it easier to savour the simple pleasures in life while helping us respond better to change. It also empowers us to become more compassionate and fully engaged in our life.

Wellful includes guided mindfulness meditations to help with sleep, stress/anxiety, focus, relationships, pain management, overeating, fear of flying and more.

Relax

Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is relax. Yet often, we are so embroiled in the daily hustle-bustle that we forget to do just that.

Learning to relax is a skill that can provide more space and energy by relieving unnecessary stress & tension. It can also help improve blood pressure and lower the heart rate, among many other benefits.

Wellful relaxation experiences include immersive sound baths, nature soundscapes, ambient music with binaural beats and focus music to aid concentration.
